Where can I begin with this wonderful asset? This is an A+ package of the many I test and try, and has a beautiful and interesting effect on lights in game.

it is so easy to integrate into your scenes, with just attaching of C# script to any of your lights you wish to have become volumetric. Afterward, there are many properties you can change and tweak to your enjoyment, such as scatter amount, density, fog settings, and so on. Not only are these properties self describing and used with good labeling, but properties are nicely displayed in editor for quick prototyping.

The provided demo scene is excellent, and minimal. 3 different types of lights using the volumetric lighting (point light, directional light, spotlight) in 3 different colors for easy viewing of the effect. You can easily turn off the lights which do not interest you in this demo scene and tweak the settings of a single light for fast prototyping (in the case your scene is very complex and takes too long to prototype the lighting).

I was surprised at the performance value of this asset. Most volumetric solution is quite heavy on the GPU, but I am able to test this asset on quite complex scenes without much added rendering frame time. It works very well with other assets, including ones that alter lighting. I was worried that this asset not play nicely with something like Alloy shaders, but it works BEAUTIFULLY!!! There is no extra integration effect required. It just works. That is another big plus for this asset! However, as word of caution, there is probably undefined behaviour with use of other volumetric lighting solution such as sunshine (though I am not sure why anybody would wish to do this anyway).

Depending on your scene, especially for hybrid indoor / outdoor scenes, or indoor scenes with windows to outside, this asset REALLY bring your scene to life. It is like night and day (hehe) difference, for little cost to scene overhead. This asset also help bring point lights to life, which sometimes are hard to even tell that they exist in default settings. I highly recommend this excellent asset to everyone!!!
